Data from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s latest Labour Market Tracker suggests there has been no clear slowdown in job advert numbers despite ongoing concerns surrounding the state of the economy. While figures fluctuate from week to week, active job postings have averaged around the same level since mid-August, with labour shortages maintaining demand at relatively high levels even as economic growth diminishes.
